Our Story

Founded by the Ramsey family, Ironclad Metals & Fab Ltd set out to change how contractors source dependable metals and fabrication services. From a small UK workshop, we grew by investing in modern machinery, precision processes, and strict quality control. Today, Ironclad—doing business as Ironclad Engineering & Fabrication Ltd—is an internationally recognized supplier serving construction, infrastructure, automotive, defense, and aerospace. For over 15 years, we’ve combined advanced manufacturing with responsive service. Our facilities feature rolling mills, CNC cutting, and automated surface treatments, enabling us to deliver both large-scale orders and finely detailed components. Led by Edward Harrison, CEO, Ironclad is trusted worldwide for certified materials, sustainable practices, and reliable results—making us more than a supplier, but a partner in progress.
